Presuming that the records in the custody of the Master of the Rolls and the Judge of the Prerogative Court are in safe keeping but that ‘some degree of laxity … exists in some of the Law Offices connected to the Courts of Justice’. Mentioning the lists being created under the supervision of the commissioners and suggesting that every officer be made responsible for the safe custody of public documents. |
