Letter from Richard Willcocks, Cashel, County Tipperary, chief police magistrate for County Tipperary, to William Gregory, Under Secretary, Dublin Castle, reporting further attacks on homes to obtain firearms in County Tipperary. Also refers to the 'conspiracy' in Limerick, as 'frightful in the extreme', which, he believes, is aimed at overturning property possession and the overthrow of Protestantism. Reports that he and Major George Warburton have gathered ample evidence for their report on the County Limerick disturbances, and notes that the root of the disturbances run much deeper than the events on Lord Courtenay's estate.
