Complains of money outlaid by the Bourne's coach company, in a belief that the contract agreement had been made. |

Copy of judgement of Master of Rolls, in case of William Little, secretary to the commissioners for paving, cleansing and lighting the streets of Dublin, plaintiff, versus William Henry Archer, treasurer to Dublin Corporation, defendant. Refers to the claims of the case, and specifically to a demurrer raised by the defendant, concerning the plaintiff's right to bring the charge. Case concerns claims of misappropriation of the revenues generated for Dublin Corporation by tolls and customs in Dublin city, supposed to be used for cleansing the streets. Claims that only a portion of the money raised from tolls has gone to this purpose. Copy prepared by TE Greene and Gabriel Whistler, lawyers, and law agents to Dublin Corporation. |
