Copy letter from Henry Goulburn, Chief Secretary, Dublin Castle, to [Henry William] Arabin, [magistrate] and John Burne [Byrne], referring to a communication from Lieutenant General Sir George Murray, master of the Royal Hospital, Kilmainham, Dublin, and stressing it ‘will be attended with inconvenience to call upon the troops’ at Naas, County Kildare, before the 8th of November. He emphasises, as on a former occasion in 1820, all 'extra expenses' of deploying the military must be borne by them.
