Observing that no tithes have been collected there for five years. Noting that he is the treasurer of the cathedral church of Saint Mary’s Limerick and also incumbent of Emlygrennan. Includes annotation from Richard Wellesley requesting Goulburn’s opinion in the application, and Goulburn’s conclusion that the request be granted as a breach of the peace is likely to occur. |
