Included copy letter from John [Rott], assistant adjutant general, Athlone, County Westmeath, to Croker, indicating that power to inspect the yeomanry districts of County Clare, Kings County [County Offaly] and Nenagh [County Tipperary] has been delegated to Lieut Col Fuller, Commander of the 59th Regiment, Birr [Parsonstown, County Offaly]; stressing that Fuller need be contacted to organise the tour of inspection without loss of time and that a full report must be made to Maj Gen Sir Thomas Arbuthnot [assistant adjutant general].
