Also reports on the quantity of firearms held by the lower orders, 13 August 1821. Encloses letter from John B Kitson, Derry, County Kerry, acting chief constable of police for barony of Iraghticonnor, County Kerry, to Leslie, reporting attacks on houses to obtain firearms in the vicinity of Rathoran, County Kerry. |
