Requests that his 3 sons be employed in the police establishment, to remove them from danger and poverty [1821]. Encloses threatening letter from 'Captin [Captain] Carder', stating that Feaghan 'must Quit the parish of Durrow….you Blody [sic] informing theif [sic]…or if not the most morose Deth [sic] you must Get. And After Deth your remains must be Consumed into ashes. Both you and your Famely [sic]' [1821].
