Petition requests presence of an inspector of fisheries at Youghal, to prohibit illegal practices of trawling and mooring trammel nets in Youghal bay, which prejudice the livelihoods of those fishing for herring. Petition signed and marked by 189 individuals at Youghal, 4 September 1819.
