Emphasises his legal experience and those who would vouch for his suitability. Notes 'As to other matters upon which I rest a hope of success I leave the mention of them to your discretion - I only say the duke of Wellington - Mr Poole - and Mr Peele [sic] - would in my opinion serve me'. |
