Also, letter from Sir John Harvey [Inspector General, Kilkenny, County Kilkenny], mentioning the arrest of persons named Hart, Quin, Gay, Costello and depositions by James Mulligan. Further, printed resolutions signed Valentine Bennett, High Sheriff, naming a committee of twelve persons, and 50 subscribers to a reward. Later correspondence refers to prisoners who are not to be allowed for bail.
