Encloses letter to Jemison, inquiring about progress of accounts and asking about delay in their preparation; also reply from Jemison, Dorset Street, Dublin, confirming receipt of order from Pipe Water Committee by hands of Messrs Allen and Green, and to state inspection of accounts, 1809 to 1817, has proved ‘very troublesome and tedious’ due to the ‘irregular manner in which said accounts have been kept by the late City Treasurer’. |
