States that account has not yet been settled by the commissioners of excise, as required by legislation 50 Geo III chapter 103 section 68, 22 September 1819. Also copy of account of clothing and supplies for convicts, accompanied by affidavits of Gubbins and Patrick Coleman, master tailor, Limerick city, 12 September 1819. |

The brethren oppose plans to place it on Scattery Island, but instead suggest that 2 lighthouses be placed on Kilkadrane point. |
