Encloses copy of report from the magistrates of the 6th Dublin police division, concerning their investigation of the matter [not present]. Also encloses a return containing list of names of the officers dismissed 'in consequence of neglect of duty at the Theatre Royal on the Evening of Saturday 14 [December 1822]'. Return includes information on the former regiments of those with military service, and also the name of the individual who had recommended each man for employment. |
