Letter from Edward Smith Lees, concerning proposals for a hotel at Dunmore harbour, County Waterford

Also letter from Grubb, at Dunmore harbour, to Lees, reiterating his belief in the importance of providing a hotel or inn. Also reports that no damage was sustained at the harbour works during the recent gales, and refers to suspicions concerning McGill [probably Alexander McGill, resident manager of the works at Dunmore], 15 December 1821.
