The Bridges for which presentments were granted at the last assizes are either in progress or will commence on monday, and in the neighbourhood of Pallasgreen and Doone, I have been able to layout work for and employ upwards of 200 persons on the estate of the Governors of Sir Erasmus Smith’s Schools which they empowered me to do at their expense’.
