File of papers concerning case of Charles O'Neale [also spelt O'Neile], and a green wax process issued against him, to obtain payment of a fine levied against him for failure to attend court in Coleraine, County Londonderry. Includes letter from Rowley Miller, Moneymore, County Londonderry, to [Richard Wellesley, 1st marquis Wellesley, Lord Lieutenant, Dublin Castle], detailing the circumstances of the case, and recommending that the fine should be refunded to O'Neale, 19 January 1823; also encloses O'Neale's affidavit, sworn before Miller, 19 January 1823; with subsequent annotation by Wellesley, on reverse of Miller's letter.
